Coming soon: a secure Internet-based virtual help-desk system that will allow us to provide direct support to your PC from our workshop. If it becomes necessary to move beyond remote support and arrange an in-person support session to resolve Internet or network issues, AKA Technical will apply a credit to the in-person service fees with value equal to already-rendered remote service fees.
